Nick Tarsey took time at the 2019 Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance to let this proud owner tell us all about his Nash-Healey, maybe not the first car to spring to mind when you think about 1950s sportscars but a very competitive car in its heydey that took a podium finish in the 1952 Le Mans 24-Hours.
In a nod to the history of Nash-Healeys, this particular car took former company chief mechanic Roger Menadue for a spin on his 75th birthday in the 1990s - Roger having rebult the 1953 Le Mans car just days before the race after it had been damaged in the Mille Miglia.
