Williams to Run Historic F1 Cars at Silverstone

Williams Martini Racing and Silverstone are inviting fans to join them for the British Grand Prix Preview event which takes place at Silverstone Circuit on Friday 2nd June. 2017 sees 40-years of Williams F1 and to mark this anniversary crowds at the 2017 Formula 1 Rolex British Grand Prix will be treated to parade laps from iconic cars that have played a strong part in the history of both Williams and Formula 1.
The preview event on the 2nd of June will give fans the chance to see some of the most famous cars in the history of Formula 1 run on the world famous circuit. Williams’ drivers, past and present, will also be at the event to talk about their memories and experiences from the past four decades.
The event is open to fans for free from 10:00 and cars will run from 11:00 – 15:00. Fans will have access to the International Pits Straight Grandstand opposite the Pit Lane and there will also be the opportunity to walk through the pit lane and get closer to some of these beautiful cars between 13:00 and 14:30.
