Provisional Le Mans Classic Group C Entry Announced
With still several month to go until July’s Le Mans Classic, Peter Auto have released a provisional entry list of the 24 cars already entered for tSaturday morning's Group C race. With more entries to be expected, there are already five Group C Jaguars on the list, no less than three Peugeot 905s, and three Porsche 962s.
Shaun Lynn and Jason Minshaw should both be quick in Jaguar XJR-9s, while the Dutch Hart family XJR-9 could also be a threat in the race. The potent Peugeots should be challenging for outright victory, but even today Le Mans can be a stern test for a Group C car and reliability is a factor even in the Le Mans Classic race which is less than an hour with a compulsory pitstop.
