Video and Gallery: Revisiting the Thruxton 50th Anniversary Meeting

The first weekend of June is fast approaching and that that means Thruxton is hosting its Motorsport Celebraion which should feature some superb historic racing as well as a range of demonstration runs and other attractions. We thought that made this a good time to look back at last year's historic event at the Hamsphire circuit, which marked its 50th anniversary, and bring you again these images of the HSCC's races from that weekend courtesy of Paul Lawrence. A highlight of that wekend were the superb races for the HSCC's Historic Formula Fords, who excelled round the wide-open Thruxron circuit and produced two classic FF1600 races fetauring contact place changes and slipstreaming packs - enjoy the race from the Jamun of hot-shot Richard Tarling below!
