Peter Auto are this weekend running the Dix Mille Tours at Le Castellet at Paul Ricard in the south of France, their last meeting of 2019, and with over 300 cars at the circuit it will yet anothe rgreat wekeend of racing. To give a taste of the meeitng - and a look at the circuit that now hosts the French Grand Prix - thanks to Peter Auto we can bring you a flying lap from Caroline Grifnee in her 1972 Ford Escort 1600 RS.
Now, my father's Escort never accelerated, or even sounded like this, so enjoy the sights and sounds and watch how busy Caroline is at the wheel on occasion as the rear of the car steps out!
